What is Save the Grape: Wine Club?

Save the Grape: Wine Club is a mission-driven wine education club hand-curated with love and attention by Ashwin Muthiah focusing exclusively on under-represented grape varietals and wine regions. In addition to the wines, you receive educational content designed and drafted by Ashwin accompanying each Volume of Save the Grape.

How much does it cost?

$150 per month all in (including shipping, fees, taxes — everything). Fulfillment is entirely handled by a licensed third party. Payment herein is for educational content and curating services only.

How many wines do I get each month?

6 bottles each month, fulfilled by a licensed third party retailer. Payment herein is for educational content and curating services only.

6 bottles per month is too many. Is there an option with fewer bottles per month?

Yes — you can sign up for a Lite version here and receive 3 bottles for $90/month or sign up for the Quarterly version here and receive 6 bottles every quarter for $150 every three months. Fulfillment is entirely handled by a licensed third party. Payment herein is for educational content and curating services only.

Are all the bottles in each Edition the same?

No - each Volume of Save the Grape features three different wines with two bottles of each wine. Unique wines deserve more than just one chance.

What are some examples of varietals we’ll be learning about?

Varietals include Sylvaner, Xinomavro, Trincadeira, Assyrtiko, Carménère, Bobal, Alfrochiero, and many others.
